Property Portfolio
SEGRO, operating in France since 1973, owns and manages a portfolio of 630 000 sq m with a value in excess of 530 million euros. Geographically, the portfolio is split: 80% in the Paris area, 15% in Lyon and 5% in Marseille.
The properties cover three sectors: new light industrial parks, warehouses and top-of-the-range offices in the periphery of Paris.
Among the prime sites in SEGRO’s French portfolio are; Central Space in Marly-la-Ville, Portes de France in Saint-Denis, Le Carré des Aviateurs in Blanc-Mesnil, Le Parc des Damiers in La Courneuve, Aeropark in Gonesse and St Exupery Business Park in Lyon.
